Golfing Information
Nuevo Portil was designed by Alfonso Vidaor and was opened in 2001. It is located near the beach and is set in an area of exceptional beauty with coastal lagoons, dunes and overlooks the Natural Park of 'Marismas del Piedras' and 'Flecha de El Rompido'.
The course has wide fairways, several doglegs and gentle greens, making it a pleasant course to walk around.
Golf Course details
8 miles along the coast from Huelva, Nuevo Portil is a pretty parkland course set among many different kinds of pine and olive trees. You'll need to employ a good range of shots to score well as the holes are very varied. Tiered greens make accurate approach shots absolutely vital. Modest in length, Nuevo Portil offers a pleasant walk that isn't too tiring and a good test of golf for all levels of player.
