Costa de la Luz Villa
Rooms in the house are spacious and fully equipped to live in permanently or to use as a holiday home. The whole house has marble floors, and it is well insulated thus, keeping the rooms cool. The house is very safe & secure and in the usual Spanish style has a steel front door, gates for the patio doors, fire alarm and a house safe for personal belongings.
Ground Floor
On the Ground floor is the entrance hallway, with doors off to the kitchen, downstairs cloakroom, lounge and marble stairs leading up to floors 2 & 3.
Lounge/Dining Room
Large lounge with a through dining room measuring 22 ft length & 13ft width leads through double width patio doors at the end of the lounge to a large covered outdoor terracotta patio. This feature brings a lot of light to this room.
Furniture comprises a 2 seat and 3 seat sofa, coffee table, TV, DVD player, Stereo, Radio and CD player, large feature marble open fireplace, dining table and 6 chairs.
Kitchen
A delightful contemporary newly fitted kitchen measures 14ft 6in length by 6ft width. With full length granite work top it is fitted with a fan assisted rotisserie cooker, cooker extractor and ceramic hob, stainless steel sink, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Other equipment includes kettle, toaster, iron, crockery, pots & pans, knives and forks with a complete inventory of crockery and utensils for 6 people.
Utility Room
The utility area is separated from the kitchen area by a glass door and is approx 4ft by 3ft and is an enclosed private outside drying area with running water and terracotta tiles.

The first bathroom is a downstairs tiled bathroom, adjacent to lounge with washbasin and toilet and lighted wall mirror.
First Floor
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom measures 13ft by 10ft 5in plus the fitted wardrobe space of a further 2ft in depth and 10ft length. The furnishings contain 1 double bed, bedside cabinets and the fitted wardrobe within which is a built in safe. The room has large patio doors and roller shutters that lead out onto a large terracotta balcony which overlooks the golf course, swimming pool and gardens.
En suite
Bathroom 2 is the en-suite to the master bedroom and measures 8ft 4in by 5ft 6in with washbasin, bidet, bath and shower with the walls part lined in stone.

A double room with twin beds which measures 10ft 7in by 8ft 2in, with 2ft depth & 8ft length fitted wardrobes, and bedside cabinets.
Bathroom
A spacious main shower room measuring 8ft 5in by 5ft 6in room, with washbasin, shower cubicle, toilet and bidet. The walls are lined in stone.
Second floor
Bedroom 3
A large loft room, measuring 19ft 2in by 12ft. This room can be used as a family room as it will fit an additional double or further 2 single beds in it. Currently it is furnished with 2 single beds, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, and large patio windows lead out onto a large terracotta balcony which overlooks the golf course, swimming pool and gardens.
Outside
Garden
A small private garden with an enclosed fence and a lockable gate to keep young children safe is a feature of the property.
Patios
The house has 3 large patios each on a different level: one on the ground floor leading from the lounge to table and chairs for outdoor dining; two leading off bedrooms giving stunning views over the golf green 4, plus, the pool and gardens, each with garden furniture to include sun beds and reclining chairs.
Parking and Storage
The villa includes underground secure private parking spaces for 2 cars, plus a large lockable storage room adjacent to the parking spaces.
Other information
The villa is preinstalled with plumbing for air conditioning and just requires the units to be installed, however, the villa is very cool even in the summer due to the marble floors and good insulation.
